Consulting / Dimensioning
The specialists at INFASTAUB carry out a general analysis to design a suitable filter system.
They take into account factors such as the installation site, altitude above sea level in meters, information about the gas to be cleaned, information about dust particles, Atex zones, and much more.
This information is then used to develop the type and dimensions of the technology and filter media to be used.
Important key points here are the volume flow, the determination of the necessary filter area, and the filter area load.
Production / Delivery
INFASTAUB handles all production in-house in Bad Homburg.
Between 1,800 and 2,200 systems of all sizes are manufactured in series and individual production each year and made ready for delivery or shipment.
The individual process steps and areas are: welding, degreasing + phosphating, painting, drying, assembly, final inspection, packaging, and shipping.
In-house production is an important factor in ensuring high quality and flexibility.
Installation / Commissioning
The successful start of your filter device begins with professional installation and commissioning at the place of use. Experienced INFASTAUB service employees guarantee optimal installation and safe adjustment of the filter device. All relevant system processes are tested for functionality and the interaction of all interdependent components.

After-sales services
INFASTAUB's after-sales services include ongoing maintenance and inspection services for your filter system.
We offer a variety of maintenance contracts for this purpose. Together with you, we determine the maintenance and inspection work to be carried out on your filter system, which is performed at specific intervals and at fixed costs.
Regular measurements ensure that your filter system is running optimally and that all environmental protection requirements are met. In addition, the measurements provide information about trends in the condition of the filter system.
We perform air and noise measurements, the results of which you need to verify compliance with legal and occupational health and safety regulations.
We provide professional and expert training for your operating personnel. In accompanying instruction sessions, we teach operators the necessary know-how for the smooth operation and handling of your filter system.
We supply replacement parts. We also supply all filter media.
